Hai ragione Vale! quella del tribunale di Alvarez è "presuntareale" poi però di rele in tutta questa vicenda non c'è nulla per come è stata raccontata, tantomeno il processo, dove le cose baslari sono state trascurate e si è messo in evidenza l'effimero, come effimeri erano i pupazzi in aula! Durante questi 4 giorni di udienze abbiamo potuto notare come questo processo sia una montatura poichè le cose strane e le coincidenze sono sempre presenti:
1) Per ben tre occasioni diverse il nome di Michael viene scritto male, ovvero due documenti dei paramedici e il tabellone che si trovava di fronte la giuria con dei quesiti su cui farli riflettere (MichEal anzichè MichAel);
2) Le contraddizioni sull'ago della flebo che sarebbe dovuto essere inserito nella IV arteria femorale;
3) Le immagini di Murray in ospedale che ci spacciano per uomo agitato ma che in realta mostrano come sia tranquillo;
4) La registrazione vocale di Michael in cui sembra non essere la sua voce;
5) La data di nascita sbagliata (28 Agosto 1958 anziché 29 Agosto 1958) e il numero civico della casa di Michael (150 anziché 100);
6)Due elefantini di peluche presenti in corte dal 4 giorno; (mi chiedo se in California sia un'usanza arredare i tribunali con i pupazzi) e la settimana di Halloween abbiamo notato la presenza di una zucca 
7) Una foto che mostrerebbe il cadavere di Michael disteso su una barella che però presenta molte stranezze (dimensione del polso irregolare, gambe troppo corte rispetto al busto, naso e barella)
8) E' strato dimostrato che la barella su cui è disteso il corpo di Michael sia in realtà un modello vecchio usato dall'Ucla Medical Center dal 1993 al 2003;
9) Il sigillo della California che ci hanno mostrato durante le pause riporta 32 stelle mentre quello reale ne riporta 31.
10) La cancelliera di corte, nella lettura del verdetto, parla di "PRESUNTA vittima Michael Joseph Jackson" e "data presunta 25 Giugno 2009". La cosa strana è che quando la giuria raggiunge un verdetto, una rivendicazione o accusa non è più PRESUNTA quindi perché nella prova dottor Conrad Murray, il verdetto è stato letto con "PRESUNTA vittima Michael Joseph Jackson" e "data presunta 25 Giugno 2009"?

8) E 'layer showed that the stretcher on which Michael's body is lying is actually an old model used by UCLA Medical Center from 1993 to 2003;
9) The seal of California who have shown us during the breaks shows 32 stars while the real one back 31.
10) The Chancellor of the court, in the reading of the verdict, speaks of "ALLEGED victim Michael Joseph Jackson" and "expected date June 25, 2009". The strange thing is that when the jury reaches a verdict, a claim or allegation is no longer ALLEGED so why in the Dr. Conrad Murray trial, the verdict was read with "ALLEGED victim Michael Joseph Jackson" and "expected date June 25, 2009"?

Con queste parole, pronunciate durante le prove del “This Is It”, che poi sarebbe diventato un film, Michael Jackson ringraziava tutti coloro che avevano lavorato alla realizzazione di quello che sarebbe dovuto essere il “final curtain call”, come lui stesso aveva dichiarato durante la conferenza stampa tenutasi il 5 marzo 2009 all’O2 Arena di Londra, ovvero le sue ultime esibizioni.
Come sappiamo, la serie di concerti che avrebbe dovuto prendere il via a luglio non si svolse mai: il 25 giugno 2009, mentre era nella sua casa di Holmby Hills (Los Angeles), Michael ebbe un malore, a causa di una somministrazione eccessiva di Propofol (farmaco spesso utilizzato dagli anestesisti come principale agente di induzione dell’anestesia), e nonostante l’intervento dei soccorsi e il successivo trasferimento alla clinica dell’UCLA Medical Center, la clinica ospedaliera dell’Università della California, i tentativi di rianimazione fallirono. Michael venne dichiarato morto alle ore 14.26, fù il fratello Jermaine a leggere il comunicato stampa, preceduto dal sito TMZ che diffuse la notizia con qualche minuto di anticipo.
Senza ombra di dubbio Michael ha segnato indelebilmente il mondo della musica : con il suo inconfondibile stile, la sua inimitabile voce, i suoi passi di danza e soprattutto attraverso l’incredibile feeling che ha saputo costruire con i fans in decenni di carriera, che oltre all’artista hanno saputo riconoscere “l’uomo e la sua anima”, guardando oltre i riflettori e le falsità raccontate dai tabloid.
Fin da bambino sognava di diventare un grande intrattenitore, magari il più grande di sempre, e certamente ha saputo riversare tutta la propria genialità nel suo proposito.
Nel corso della sua carriera ha generosamente donato ingenti somme pluri-milionarie per le cure mediche di bambini e adulti gravemente malati che, senza il suo provvidenziale e caritatevole intervento, probabilmente sarebbero morti nell’indifferenza generale.
Per tutto questo Michael si è guadagnato un posto da immortale nella storia della musica e soprattutto nel cuore di tante persone.

Vedendo le posizioni di vertice occupate dai suoi dischi nelle classifiche di vendita, il consenso planetario che riscuotono gli album postumi come “Michael” e il recentissimo “Xscape”, il trasporto e l’emozione con cui parenti, amici, colleghi e fans parlano di lui, e le iniziative a scopo benefico che nascono sulla scia dei valori che ha comunicato con la sua musica, si ha quasi l’impressione che Michael non se ne sia mai andato.
Quando durante l’ultima edizione dei “Billboard Music Awards”, uno dei più importanti premi musicali statunitensi, tenutasi il 18 maggio scorso a Las Vegas, presso l’MGM Grand Garden Arena, “The King of Pop” è tornato ad esibirsi sulle note di “Slave to The Rhythm”, anche se tutti sapevano di essere davanti ad un “ologramma”, per molti questo è passato in secondo piano; presentato come “qualcosa di mai visto prima che avrebbe portato l’esperienza di intrattenimento su un altro livello”, questo evento è riuscito, seppur per pochi instanti, ad emozionare e a far credere grazie ad una magistrale illusione, che lui fosse veramente lì, che lui fosse ancora vivo.
Eppure c’è chi crede che Michael sia realmente vivo ed abbia inscenato la propria morte, un teoria che grazie alla rete ha raggiunto una portata planetaria, riunendo persone da tutto il mondo e portando alla creazione di siti, blog e forum di discussione.
I “believers”, coloro che hanno abbracciato l’idea della “death hoax” (finta morte), fin dalla circolazione delle prime notizie della sua scomparsa, non hanno mai creduto che Michael fosse morto, e non solo perché non riescono ad accettare la perdita del loro idolo.
Giorno dopo giorno, in questi lunghi cinque anni, hanno iniziato a notare stranezze di vario genere, che sembrano collegarsi le une alle altre come in un perfetto gioco ad incastro, e risulta assai difficile pensare si tratti esclusivamente di coincidenze o casualità.
Quello di “non poter morire” d’altronde sembra essere un destino comune a numerose star e i complottisti teorizzano che i vari Kurt Cobain, Marylin Monroe, John Lennon, Elvis Presley, Bruce Lee, Tupac in realtà non siano morti e vivano chissà dove, nell’anonimato.
Nel caso di Michael sembra però che ci troviamo davanti a qualcosa di completamente diverso, e se oggettivamente prendiamo in esame gli elementi e i “presunti” indizi che vengono portati a sostegno della teoria dell’hoax, diventa quantomeno arduo liquidare il tutto come “un abbaglio frutto della credulità”.

Significative sarebbero canzoni quali “Man in The Mirror” , “Leave Me Alone” , “Privacy” , “They Don’t Care About Us” , “Ghosts” , “Tabloid Junkie” , “Xscape” , “Money” , “Morphine” così come la copertina dell’album “Dangerous” (Pericoloso) del 1991, nella quale ricorrendo alle allegorie e simbologie esoteriche, ad opera del disegnatore Mark Ryden, Michael avrebbe segretamente descritto la SUA Storia Esoterica, nonché il “modus operandi” e le porte di accesso al mondo degli Illuminati. Anche la copertina di “Blood On The Dance Floor – History in The Mix” (Sangue sulla pista da Ballo – La SUA Storia nel Mix) del 1997, contiene simboli che anni dopo avrebbero comprovato la pianificazione di un attentato contro le Twin Towers dell’11 settembre 2001: l’orario esatto, la matrice esoterica e addirittura la fase della luna in cui sarebbe avvenuto.
La gestualità utilizzata durante le prove del “This Is It” sembra ricondursi ad mix tra antica simbologia e sacralità orientali e linguaggio dei sordomuti, molte stranezze riguarderebbero il Dott. Conrad Murray (medico assunto dalla Aeg Live, la società promotrice dei concerti londinesi, condannato il 7 novembre 2011 per la morte dell’artista a quattro anni di carcere) e un po’ tutto lo svolgimento del processo.

Per lungo tempo c’è stato un acceso dibattito attorno al “middle name” di Michael, riportato come “Joe” sul certificato di nascita, carta d’identità e patente e come “Joseph” sui documenti posteriori alla morte; un altro dibattito ha riguardato un testamento redatto nel 2002, che riporta i nomi errati dei suoi tre figli e che, anche per altre ragioni, i suoi fratelli hanno ritenuto falso.
Indizi e riferimenti sarebbero presenti in film quali “The Illusionist” , “Alice in Wonderland” , “Rio” “Il potente e magico Oz” , “Megamind” , “V per Vendetta” e anche in un minifilm di Shrek, in cui i personaggi intepretano il video di “Thriller”.
Altri sarebbero in alcune campagne pubblicitarie, tra le quali spiccano “make.believe” della Sony, uno spot sempre della Sony dedicato ai personaggi dei videogames che rendono omaggio ad un ragazzo di nome “Michael” e quello della bevanda “5 Alive”: in quest’ultimo dalla sabbia di un’isola sbuca un Dodo (animale estinto) che inizia a cantare “I’am Alive” e accenna dei passi di moonwalk, la celebre camminata all’indietro di Michael; curiosamente i suoi familiari lo chiamavano affettuosamente Doo Doo che assomiglia molto a Dodo.
Soffermandoci per un istante sul termine “believe”, da ricordare è l’omonimo spettacolo di Criss Angel, noto illusionista molto stimato da Michael, che tra l’altro vede la partecipazione della compagnia circense “Cirque du Soleil” : la locandina rappresenta un sipario rosso (qualcuno lo riconduce a quello della conferenza all’O2 Arena), dal quale si affaccia un coniglio bianco che invita ad entrare ed allo stesso tempo, con l’indice posto sulla bocca, a fare silenzio. Nella parte superiore del sipario spiccano due occhi in stile “Dangerous”, e da dietro il sipario si scorgono le gambe di un uomo sospeso, che riflette la propria ombra a terra, elemento che molti ritengono complementare al mezzobusto di Michael, rappresentato nella locandina dell’ “Immortal World Tour” del Cirque Du Soleil, portato in scena proprio in suo omaggio. Un’altra locandina di “Believe”, oltre alla presenza del solito coniglio bianco, vede Criss Angel riflesso in una serie di specchi, per i believers un chiaro riferimento al brano “Man in The Mirror”; da sottolineare il fatto che il “coniglio bianco” e il “circo” sono elementi che emergono numerose volte, sotto svariati aspetti, in tutta la vicenda.

Esistono molte incongruenze sulla chiamata di emergenza effettuata al 911 così come sul video dell’ambulanza che trasportava Michael, mentre esce in retromarcia dalla villa: trattandosi di un soccorso urgente, e visto l’ampio spazio di manovra all’interno della proprietà, l’ambulanza aveva la possibilità di uscire agevolmente nel senso di marcia, invece è uscita lentamente in retromarcia per allontanarsi altrettanto lentamente con sirena e lampeggianti spenti: comportamento inspiegabile se consideriamo che, stando alle notizie ufficiali, trasportava una persona in pericolo di vita, ma non ancora deceduta. Inoltre di questo documento esistono tre versioni realizzate da tre diverse persone da angolazioni differenti e curiosamente nessuna di queste mostra elementi comuni, quasi come se le riprese non fossero state effettuate contemporaneamente.
Persino le foto che ritraggono un Michael agonizzante e quelle dell’autopsia hanno suscitato molti sospetti di autenticità, a causa di anomalie quali elementi fuori posto e segni di fotoritocco.

Molti dubbi sono sorti attorno alla partecipazione di David Rothenberg, alias Dave Dave, al celebre “Larry King Show” il 3 settembre 2009, esattamente nel giorno in cui si svolgevano i funerali in forma privata, un Dave Dave stranamente simile a Michael nella voce e nella gestualità; altrettanto bizzarre sono le dichiarazioni di alcuni amici e colleghi che hanno apertamente fatto intendere di non credere alla morte di Michael e in alcuni casi qualcuno si è dichiarato più o meno esplicitamente “believers”. Gli stessi fratelli e sorelle di Michael nelle interviste che hanno rilasciato si sono contraddetti più volte nel raccontare eventi e circostanze, alimentando ulteriormente con mezze frasi, sguardi di intesa e giochi di parole, i dubbi e le perplessità sorte attorno alla morte del fratello.

Una morte che era stata persino anticipata dalla rivista scandalistica statunitense “National Enquirer”, che nell’edizione del 12 gennaio 2009 titolava “Michael Jackson – 6 mesi di vita”, un caso veramente eccellente di predizione! Così come è altrettanto insolito il caso del libro “The Mysterious Death of Michael Jackson” del ricercatore e divulgatore del mistero Robert Simone, pubblicato il 24 giugno 2009, cioè il giorno prima della morte, e che tutt’ora risulta introvabile persino in formato elettronico.
Insolita è stata la conferenza stampa del 5 marzo 2009 all’O2 Arena di Londra, che ha proposto un Michael mai visto prima, disinvolto ed euforico a tal punto da incitare a più riprese i 1500 fans intervenuti, fino ad assumere pose che richiamano al Joker interpretato da Heath Ledger ne “Il Cavaliere Oscuro”.

Insolite sono ritenute anche la cerimonia di commemorazione pubblica, tenutasi il 7 luglio 2009 allo Staples Center di Los Angeles, durante la quale risaltava una foto tratta dal video “Liberian Girl”, nella quale Michael esegue delle riprese video da dietro una telecamera, e la cerimonia funebre in forma privata, tenutasi il 3 settembre 2009 al Forest Lawn Memorial Park di Los Angeles, allestita come un set di un film nella quale ritroviamo nuovamente il tema “Liberian Girl” e dove tutti gli intervenuti apparivano distesi e sorridenti.
Interessanti sono inoltre i riferimenti di carattere simbolico, numerologico ed esoterico, quali ad esempio il numero 7, la sequenza 777, l’Ankh, la Fenice, l’occhio di Ra, oltre ad una particolare successione cronologica degli avvenimenti, che ritroviamo lungo la carriera di Michael e che, come per altri elementi, si riprensenterebbero a più riprese nell’hoax.
Secondo questa teoria tutto quello che si è verificato dal momento della “morte”, farebbe parte di un articolato piano, la cui genesi potrebbe risalire addirittura agli anni ’80, nel periodo trascorso tra l’uscita degli album “Thriller” e “Bad” in concomitanza con la circolazione delle prime “attenzioni” che la stampa scandalistica riserverà a Michael ancora fino ad oggi.
Durissimi attacchi mediatici che in realtà nasconderebbero ben altre motivazioni: secondo quanto esposto da Adam Kadmon durante alcune recenti apparizioni televisive, rifacendosi ad alcune teorie di cospirazionismo, una fazione nordamericana della potente società segreta degli “Illuminati”, attirata dalle enormi potenzialità offerte dall’allora giovanissimo Michael, lo avrebbe attratto all’interno dell’organizzazione, promettendogli di favorirlo con il Loro Potere nel realizzare il suo sogno di migliorare il mondo per tutti. Come? Semplicemente, facendo quello per cui era nato: cantare, ballare, recitare e trasmettere emozioni positive. Una volta introdotto ai Loro segreti, Michael avrebbe però scoperto che gli Illuminati avevano intenzione di inserire messaggi subliminali nelle tracce sonore delle sue canzoni, così come già facevano con altri colleghi. Il rifiuto e la ribellione di Michael ai Loro piani, per via del potere conferitogli dalla popolarità a livello mondiale e dal suo patrimonio, lo resero ben presto una spina nel fianco dell’influente organizzazione. Mentre Michael mirava a riunire i popoli in nome della pace, investendo centinaia di milioni di dollari, fondando associazioni benefiche e pagando le cure alle persone più svantaggiate, gli Illuminati, miravano all’esatto contrario, ovvero la destabilizzazione internazionale, il controllo totale e la manipolazione delle coscienze con ogni mezzo, compreso il mondo dello spettacolo.

Ecco quindi che la “finta morte” sarebbe il modo che Michael avrebbe scelto per tutelare la propria incolumità e quella delle persone a lui care, e allo stesso tempo attuare e orchestrare nel nascondimento un piano volto a stimolare nelle persone lo sviluppo di una coscienza sociale e civile, capace di contrastare e impedire la realizzazione di determinati piani occulti.
Sempre secondo questa teoria il tutto si starebbe svolgendo sotto la maschera di un meticoloso diversivo e allo stesso tempo di un potentissimo mezzo per diffondere informazioni, la realizzazione di un progetto al quale Michael aveva in mente di dedicarsi, come lui stesso dichiarò nel corso di alcune interviste e come riportano alcuni suoi appunti di lavoro, ovvero un film innovativo e pionieristico per far riflettere media e pubblico.
Se questo un giorno fosse confermato, non sarebbe inappropriato definirlo “The Greatest Show on Earth”, titolo a lui assai caro, vista la passione per il circo e l’ammirazione per Phineas Taylor Barnum, imprenditore e circense statunitense rappresentato anche nella copertina di “Dangerous”, la cui carriera fu costellata da polemiche e processi che suscitarono ancora più interesse intorno ai suoi spettacoli, che raggiunsero l’apice quando Barnum denunciò se stesso come mistificatore, da molti ritenuto un pioniere dell’hoax. A tal proposito è da citare una curiosa coincidenza: la notte fra il 6 e il 7 luglio 2009 una sfilata di elefanti del circo Barnum, che sui paramenti riportavano il nome dello spettacolo “The Greatest Show on Earth”, percorse un tragitto lungo le strage di Los Angeles che aveva come punto di arrivo il parcheggio antistante lo Staples Center, dove il giorno dopo si sarebbe svolto il memorial per la morte di Michael.

A molti questa teoria potrà sembrare bizzarra, azzardata, fuori luogo e magari persino irrispettosa della memoria del compianto “Re del Pop”, ma proprio per la quantità e la natura degli elementi che sarebbero a suo sostegno, qui citati in minima parte, non dovrebbe essere negata a priori, piuttosto meriterebbe maggiore attenzione ed un serio approfondimento, se non altro per fare finalmente chiarezza su quello che ad oggi é uno dei misteri più dibattuti nel web.
Il mainstream dell’informazione, assai portato a trattare il personaggio “Michael Jackson”, nel caso della teoria dell’hoax sembra non essere assolutamente interessato, ignorandola quasi del tutto salvo rare e sporadiche eccezioni.
A portare questo tema all’attenzione del grande pubblico, almeno per quanto riguarda l’Italia, è stato Adam Kadmon che ha dedicato due interventi televisivi ad analizzare fondatezza e motivazioni di questa teoria.
Il resto del panorama dell’informazione continua a fare quello che ha fatto per anni: continuare a chiamarlo “Jacko”, dibattere del cambiamento di colore della sua pelle, insinuare che fosse omosessuale o dipendente da droghe, tornare continuamente sulle accuse di pedofilia e sulle vicende giudiziare che a causa di queste dovette affrontare.
Michael non voleva essere chiamato “Jacko”, termine che fù coniato per fare rima con Wacko (strano, pazzoide), quando iniziò a circolare la voce che volesse acquistare i resti delle ossa di tale “Elephant Man”; Michael smentì pubblicamente questa notizia nel 1993 e in una intervista televisiva sottolineò quanto lo ferisse essere apostrofato in quel modo.
Michael era fiero di essere nero, non ha mai voluto diventare bianco ne ha mai fatto ricorso a trattamenti per cambiare il colore della propria pelle, semplicemente soffriva di una forma molto aggressiva di vitiligine, che solo per vergogna per anni tentò di nascondere mascherandola con il trucco, fino a quando non fù più possibile.
Il 27 gennaio 1984, i Jacksons girarono uno spot pubblicitario per la Pepsi Cola, simulando un finto concerto davanti a migliaia di fan. Ovunque sia o chiunque sia oggi, per tutto quello che ha fatto per migliorare il mondo, certamente Michael merita rispetto e meriterrebbe anche le scuse di coloro che lo hanno ingiustamente perseguitato e che in lui hanno visto solo un mezzo per fare soldi.

Il 26 maggio 2014 l’Estate di Michael ha rilasciato un comunicato nel quale sottolinea come il supporto dei fans, in occasione dell’uscita dell’album “Xscape”, abbia riacceso l’attenzione del grande pubblico e dei media su Michael, tornato prepotentemente al centro della scena.
“Abbiamo appena cominciato … Mantenete l’attenzione sulle prossime novità”, queste le parole conclusive del comunicato.
Si dice che ogni spettacolo sia una rappresentazione portata in scena da un attore, attentamente e sapientemente preparata dall’autore, il quale descrive per mezzo di segni, simboli e parole ben soppesate, quanto ci vuole comunicare.
Nessuno può dire con certezza se stiamo assistendo o meno ad uno spettacolo, se come disse Michael cinque anni fà, stiamo vivendo una meravigliosa avventura. Forse solo il tempo potrà svelarcelo e chiarire il mistero che sembra circondare questa vicenda, rivelandoci la verità nascosta.
Nel frattempo siamo sicuri che Michael continuerà a far parlare di sé e a far sentire in qualche modo la sua magica presenza.
